You will need to register with us to purchase items on this website. When you register create your own individual username and password.
HOW TO USE THE GALLERY
Go to the gallery drop down next to home on the main header. Select the category, if it was a local sporting event, choose events. Select the specific event. If it has been password protected then you will need to use the password given out on the day, more details below.
Once in the gallery section you can browse freely using the lightbox button to select images you like. From the gallery you can also share using the SHARE button for social media sites like FACEBOOK and if you like you can add images to your cart from the gallery view as well.
THE LIGHTBOX
The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images, your favourites. when you select an image to the lightbox you are not adding it to your shopping cart you are just choosing it to have a second look at. When you have finished your selection click 'lightbox' on the main header. Here you will find all your favourite selection of images. It is from this area that you can add them to the shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout.
VIEWING YOUR DIGITAL PRINT
Once you have purchased your digital file select MY ACCOUNT and you will see a download link on the right hand side of your recent order. Select this link and you will be instantly sent a zip folder with the file. If you don't have a un-zip feature you will have to download a free software application to view it. There is a link in MY ACCOUNT that will direct you to the site.

PASSWORD PROTECTED GALLERIES
Events involving schools and clubs with kids under 18 are all password protected. You will need the username and password to access these galleries.
USERNAME. The USERNAME is always the date of the event, if the event is over two days it is always the first day. The username is always uppercase in this format DD/MMM/YYYY, for example - 28OCT2011 or 14JAN2012
PASSWORD. The password is unique for each event and is a 6 digit number that is given out on the day from the photographers tent. You must pick up a copy of the password on the day. If you do not have a password you will need to contact your sporting club or school or fellow competitor that was there on the day. Do not email us as we do not give out the password.
PAYMENT METHODS
PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD. PayPal is the safest and most popular trading platform on the internet. If you don't have a PayPal account, no problem, you can use PayPal's website to make a payment with your credit card. Simply continue through the checkout, select PayPal, once in Paypals secure website select pay with credit card.

We use on Surfari quality canvas reproduction, these guys offer the best canvas reproductions available. The canvas is printed using the latest EPSON 9900 printing technology, HOT PRESS Heat treated, durable, laminated (not spray varnish) finish offering amazing depth of colour and a silky smooth texture made right here in Coolum. All canvas over 1 meter is sold rolled up in a tube, that can then be stretched by a framer once it has arrived at its destination.
SHOPPING CART
The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side. This will also display the POSTAGE AND HANDLING.
CHECKING OUT
You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the simple registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases and so that we can review your orders. If you choose to add you home address then this will save you doing it in the checkout.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions. If your order arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
